Flores lied on oath. Here is the testimony:
Nurmi: You were asked if it was Dr Horn’s opinion that this rendered the victim unconscious or did he still remain conscious. Pretty specific question, right?
Flores: Yes
Nurmi: And you answered “He said it would possibly have rendered the victim unconscious but definitely could have been conscious”, correct?
Flores: Yes
Nurmi: You were also asked, but in the circumstances, based on all the other injuries, it was his opinion that it did not render him unconscious, correct?
Flores: Yes
Nurmi: And you say that you “misunderstood” Dr Horn? That is your testimony here today?
Flores is ruled non-responsive by the judge (403).
Nurmi repeats the question.

Nurmi: You put this “misunderstanding” first in your police report, right?
Flores: Yes.

That's a very reasonable request Deborah. It's of course very complex and technical. But I will do my best. The question of the gunshot wound is very important. We could discuss that for a long time. For the purpose of argument, I am going to assume here the gunshot did not pass through Travis' brain, but instead did a lot of damage to his face, causing a lot of blood to come from his mouth / nose. We can revisit that later if needed, it was a big issue at trial.
Ok, with that in mind, I think this photo is very important:

It shows a pool of blood, pretty much where you would expect Travis' head to be after he came at Jodi "line-backer" style, and Jodi says she accidentally squeeed the trigger and he was shot.
In addition, there is blood-spatter in the toilet, which fits with Travis coughing or sneezing blood in that direction.
In addition, there is a trail of blood away from here towards the sinks, but there is NO trail of blood from the shower to this pool of blood, suggesting this is where Travis suffered his first wound.

This is just to illustrate something - the bombing or Dresden can be seen as a horrific act. According to this article "Between 22,700 and 25,000 people were killed."
However, the WWII was initiated by German aggression ( which has it's roots in earlier events ).
The point I am trying to make is that there is no limit to the damage that can be caused when a person or state is defending themselves. People still argue about whether the bombing of Dresden was a crime or not, but it was a far more premeditated act than anything Jodi did in the few minutes following Travis' threat to kill her.

Here is a semi-serious HYPOTHETICAL question...
What if Jodi now said that she lied about returning the 3rd gas can to Walmart, and she only said that becasue she was worried she was going to be executed? But in fact she now remembers she didn't return it, but first used it at Tesoro.

Jodi is innocent!!! all who keenly followed her case and all witnessing,she is only suffering for nothing other than judiciary unfairness,bulling of prosectution and adamandness that will not bear any good fruits to either of both sides!!!!! Jodi must come out of her cell!!!!
