Court started a little late this morning. No witnesses showed up for the DT. Jurors #5(female) and #12(male) were dismissed from jury duty. Juror #5 left the courthouse in tears. That left 14 jurors, 12 that will decide ja's fate.
ja refused to give her allocation after Judge SS refused to allow her to do so in secrecy. Even after Judge SS said that she could make provisions by removing the public and the media from the courtroom but allowing them to hear her make her allocation on audio in a side room, ja refused. ja wanted complete secrecy or nothing. Judge SS stood her ground....Nothing!
Closing arguments start tomorrow. That shouldn't take very long since the DT have no mitigating factors. Then, jury instructions will be given to the jury and the jury will go on to deliberate.
This is about over with. I think that ja will receive the sentence of death. I hope the media seeking famers don't run after an interview with ja. Make ja go to her prison cell never to spread another lie to the media(reporters) ever again. Stop the power she assumes she has on people.
