Juror #17. Proof that she is anti-DP.

Juror #17 is anti-death penalty.  Jodi Arias's mother knew there was a juror that was anti-DP and she stated so prior to this jury coming back without a sentence.   ja's supporter site was celebrating, posting about having some "great news," shortly after the jury foreman addressed the issues that 11 jurors were having problems with juror #17.  Why wasn't juror #17's background investigated???  Juror #17 lied under oath when she said that she could, not would, vote for a death penalty sentence, because she is anti-DP and she failed to tell the court.  The law is the law and juror #17 broke the law, perjury.

A study in 2003 showed that a death penalty case costs 70% more than a non-death penalty case.
In California, the current system costs $137M per year; it would cost $11.5 M for a system without the death penalty.
The cost of the death penalty in California has totaled over 4 billion since 1978.
SPENDING $ MEANS:
Less money to be spent on resources for crime prevention, mental health treatment, education, and rehabilitation services.
