Inmate says that ja is getting special treatment at Perryville.

Inmate, Cristy Olivas, claims ja is getting special treatment at Perryville Prison.  Why are they giving her special treatment?  After reading the pure BS that the Maricopa Jail allowed ja to do, this does NOT come as a shock to me.
