Meet Attorney General Terry M. Crist, who has appeared for appellees in Phoenix, Arizona, for years.
Soon after the trial concluded, Terry took over from Prosecutor Juan Martinez on behalf of the Alexander family.
He has been the brains behind the State's response to Jodi Arias' opening and subsequent Appeal's briefs.
Terry is expected to argue for the State in the Appeal's Court, next year, before a 3 Judge panel, stating why Jodi Arias should remain behind bars for her crime. He will counter-argue Arias' lawyers based on points made in their respective briefs.
