The Hughes hope to donate all proceeds of their book, to The Perpetual Education Fund (PEF) which was established in 2001 during general conference when Gordon B. Hinckley, then President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, announced a “bold initiative” to help youth in developing areas “rise out of the poverty that they and generations before them have known.”
The PEF was a Charity very close to Travis Alexander's heart.

Jodi Arias sentencing retrial: Arias' mental health the focus of testimony
Geffner took the stand today for the DT. The DT attempted to go back over all of Geffner's credentials (that would have drawn his testimony out more than what is needed, as the jury already heard his credentials) but JM objected and ss had the DT move on.

No court today....wouldn't you know it!!!
There won't be court today....go figure!!! Michael Kiefer stated via interent that the DT are going to bring back Dr. Geffner, Miccio Fonseca, and the computer experts; Smith and Dworkin. Rest assure that there's going to be a lot more testimony about TA's PC-blah blah blah.

JODI ARIAS TURNS TO STARE AT ALEXANDER FAMILY…..BUT WHY?
During the murder trial of Jodi Arias’, Arias stands as the jurors begin to file in to the courtroom to be seated in the jury box. Instead of facing the jurors as she normally does, she turned around and stared directly at the family of Travis Alexander.
Arias has turned to look at Travis’ family on numerous occasions even though she said in one of her immediate interviews after she was convicted of 1st degree murder, that she didn’t. When asked why she turns and looks at the family while in the courtroom, she denied it. Her response was snarky when she said, ‘I don’t want to look at any of the Alexander family members because they all look like Travis and it’s just a raw reminder to me of all of the abuse that Travis did to me.’
Then ‘why’ does she continue to stare them down? What do you think her purpose is and how would you feel if you were one of Travis’ family members?
I believe Jodi will be a thorn in their side for as long as she can get away with it. She will NEVER just get sentenced and never be heard from again. She loves the limelight! The ‘attention’ is what she thrives off of.
It would infuriate me if I were one of those family members of Travis that were sitting every day in the gallery to support my loving brother. We’re just praying that this will soon end and will no longer have to see or hear from her again.
But…….will she always look for a way to get herself in the headlines and succeed? I think she will.

A CHILLING THOUGHT : With special thanks to the reader from the United Arab Emirates, who wrote in to Understanding The Travesties of Unexpected Murder Trials and shared this piece of information, and explained how different things would have been, if this were the U.A.E.
Although this punishment is exactly what ja deserves, as an American, a law abiding citizen, I say to the UAE to keep your Sharia Law in your own Country/Countries. It is NOT welcomed here in America. We are NOT a third World Country that puts women beneath men or tortures people for breaking our laws. Justice will be served and we don't need nor want other Nations or anyone that is not an American Citizen dictating to us how we should do things.

What happened outside of the courtroom, outside of any of the jurors hearing anything, this apparent "ease dropping" on the trial watchers done by MDL, has NOTHING to do with ja or her mitigating factors. The DT are really "reaching" by trying to bring this into the trial.
What's next when it comes to MDL? Is she going to try and bring in what people via internet are saying about her? IMO, she needs to do the job that "The State of AZ" is paying her to do and that excludes tweeting while the trial is going on and disrupting the trial by trying to bring in her own personal problems.
This is a murder trial. This isn't some High School BS game. Someone needs to tell MDL that.
