THE TRUTH "FINALLY" COMES OUT!!!
THE RINGTONE INCIDENT : TRIAL WATCHERS COMPLETELY INNOCENT : NEVER MEANT TO EVEN UNINTENTIONALLY JOKE ABOUT JODI ARIAS' MITIGATING SPECIALIST : The alleged ''racial insult'' at Mitigating Specialist Maria De La Rosa turns out to be anything but that.
Investigation into what happened, proved the incident to revolve around an innocent song, never meant to be directed at De La Rosa, which was sung as clarification during recess from one trial watcher to another, as they quietly discussed the issue of the ringtone which caused Judge Stephens to stare at De La Rosa when De La Rosa's ringtone inadvertently went off on a previous day.
One trial watcher innocently humming the tune to another trial watcher, was what was misconstrued, despite it being never intended for the Mitigating Specialist at all
