What happened to the law being the law and lawyers and Judges going by how the law is written instead of how some think the law should be?
Jodi Arias is NOT supposed to be having a retrial of her First Degree Murder verdict. The trial that is supposed to start on September 29, 2014 is supposed to be a trial based on the sentencing phase and nothing more than that. If you rewrite the law for one murderer/criminal, then you should have to for ALL of them. I think that many people would agree that Jodi Arias should NOT be allowed to present anything other than mitigating factors that she thinks will get her out of being sentenced to death row and that anything else that she or anyone else tries to use should be thrown out. Anything other than using "mitigating factors" to plea for a lessor sentence is supposed to be what appeals are for.

Juan Martinez vs ja's mitigation factors.
IMO, if anyone deserves the DP it is Jodi Arias.
1. She "skillfully" thought up a plan to murder Travis Alexander.
2. She carried that plan out in full force when she stabbed him 27 times, slit his throat (in a sawing motion that nearly decapitated Travis Alexander), and then shot him in the head. Overkill.
3. She carefully tried to cover up her horrendous acts.
4. She has tormented and/or lied about Travis Alexander's family, friends, and others and is still doing so. She's lied on people and tries to torment people that don't even know her.
It is my belief and the belief of numerous people that she will continue to torment people until she is deceased.
There are millions of people that contribute to society, jails, prisons, and businesses EVERYDAY that have not done the EVIL deeds that Jodi Arias has done and continues to do, that have more to offer others, than Jodi Arias will ever have to offer or be trusted to offer ever again, even if she gets life without parole. She is a danger to EVERYONE.

ja and her knowing NOTHING about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
In this video ja clearly proves that she didn't bother or care to learn anything about "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" and it's teachings. Her main goal by joining the "Church" was to be in Travis Alexander's life, no matter what she had to do to be a part of his life. She lied to the Church, it's members, and to God.
I was baptized by "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" many years ago. Before I got baptized by "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints," the Elders of the Church would make appointments with me so they could come by and talk to me about the Church, the Church's teaching, and what is expected of it's members. Every Elder that I've talked with before/after being baptized by "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" talked to me about "The Book of Mormon" and they also brought Church pamphlets with them, like "The Ensign." The rules of the Church were often discussed not only between the Elders and I, but in Church during classes, between friends and I, between the Bishop and I, and also between my visiting teacher that the Church appointed to me. Before I even decided to join "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints," the first Elders that came to my home gave me "The Book of Mormon" and other Church pamphlets to read. I attended the Church regularly for years. The Church always had a display of pamphlets on a table outside of the chapel. You could even find them elsewhere inside the Church, order them, or find them and read them on the internet. The Church has classes you attend after the chapel meeting where different members read from "The Book of Mormon" and have discussions about the Church's teachings. The Church has a lot of activities where you learn what is appropriate and what is not appropriate.
Some of the most important beliefs that the Church instills in it's members are:
1. You can't get married at the temple if you've had sex before marriage. Both male and female must be virgins to be married at any temple.
2. People of the opposite sex, that are NOT married, CAN'T be roommates, even if they have their own separate bedrooms.
3. The Elders, males, can't come into the home of a woman if she is at home by herself. They can talk to the woman outside of the home but they can't enter any home where there is not a male present in the home.
4. Pay your tithes.
5. Attend Church regularly.
6. You take an oath during your baptism to follow certain things the Church goes by...No sex out of wedlock.
Before ja was baptized, she was talked to about the Church and it's teachings and before being baptized she had to answer some questions about things that she had been taught.
ja is a straight up narcissist, lying, money hungry, obsessive, jealous, uneducated, and murdering female.

ja says that she IS operating a business out of the Maricopa County Jail
The spokesman for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department stated that ja is NOT running a business out of her jail cell. He stated that they don't know whether the artwork is being done by ja or not. He also stated that they can't stop ja from sending things out of the jail. He stated that she does have access to art materials.
Excuse me??? Does this guy walk around with blinders on when it comes to ja? ja has been running a business out of her jail cell for years. She was caught sneaking out some of her artwork via Maria De La Rosa. ja's artwork is being sold on numerous websites made by her supporters. ja is receiving money for her artwork, sales of tee shirts, and the sells of ja bands. ja stated above in a article that she had a business before being arrested for the murder of Travis Alexander. The "business" that she is referring to: "ja Fine Art & Photography" was not an official business. It was some photographs of her, Travis, other people, and places, that were on her Myspace page. She was not making money nor was it a business. (I'm sure that the IRS would agree, since if she was operating a business and making enough money from it, there'd be tax reports for it.)
ja stated that her artwork is not connected with her crime of murdering Travis Alexander. Really? Why is it that before she murdered Travis Alexander, she had no business, no one was buying her artwork, hiring her as a photographer, and she couldn't even hold down a steady job? Everything she is selling is connected to the crimes she's committed. ja is breaking the "Son of Sam Law" because had she not murdered Travis Alexander, her artwork would not be selling, as it didn't before she murdered him.
ja has sold or is trying to sell two pieces of artwork in Travis Alexander's name. What is being done about all of the vicious, fraud/scams, and malicious taunting of the Alexanders by ja? Nothing!
This is something that the IRS should be checking out, tax evasion. The people of AZ and the media, should be on the backs of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Dept for the wrongs that they are allowing ja and co to get away with.
Sue Halterman's BS!
Many of us know that Elizabeth Schilling has backed Sue Halterman from the beginning and that Elizabeth is one of ja's biggest supporters, as well as Jason Weber being a big supporter of ja.
Elizabeth has been the one that has been reassuring people that Sue Halterman is being honest about the appellate trust fund and where all of the money is going to. Elizabeth wrote a letter regarding the information that Sue had given her about the appellate trust fund and where the money for it is going. There were a lot of specific details missing from that letter. Sue Halterman only gave Elizabeth Schilling what Sue thought would be enough to keep people from wanting more details or digging deeper into the falsehoods about the appellate trust fund. The letter that Elizabeth Schilling wrote can be found on this blog. It sure has a lot of discrepancies in it.
Sue has turned her back on Elizabeth, Jason, and others and has stated that she would no longer discuss the appellate trust fund account or ja with Elizabeth and some others listed here. WHY? Did these people and others finally see through the real Sue Halterman for the liar and con artist that she is? It's pretty clear that Sue Halterman doesn't like to give "specific details" when asked questions about the appellate trust fund, or about the charities she claims they are helping, or about the domestic violence shelter she is supposed to be giving money to. Instead, Sue Halterman and her accomplices that run ja's websites are telling people that they won't give these details out because they claim that these charities will get harassed by people. That is alright Sue, don't waste your breath by telling more lies. More and more people are seeing right through you and your $cam game and lies.
