Emergency halts Jodi Arias trial, supporters hold hope Jodi is home by Christmas

CBS 5 has also learned that the emergency situation had nothing to do with the actual case. It also had nothing to do with any of the jurors on the case. Before this happened however, there was enough drama in the court day to have everybody talking by the end of it.

Fox 10 for Arizona said yesterday that court started with a motion being filed by Juan Martinez on all of the pornography files allegedly found on the personal computer of Travis Alexander. Here is what we know about the computer, alleged pornography, and virus issue, and what we know about how each side feels about it. There may or may not have once been "thousands of porn files" on the personal computer of Travis Alexander. 

If they existed, someone may or may not have accessed them on June 10, 2008. Travis Alexander died June 4, 2008. Both the State and the defense can agree that at least for now, the existence of those files is difficult to prove. Both the State and the defense can also agree that the "thousands of porn files" do not currently exist on the same computer. Neither side can agree on how files that may or may not have once existed, may or may not have disappeared.

The most recent motion from the defense on this issue alleges someone from the prosecution camp deleted the files that may or may not exist. The most recent motion from the State alleges that the alleged computer in question that belonged to the victim Travis Alexander allegedly had a software program on it that blocked porn.

The State is also alleging something that sounds like a hard drive switch. It is also being alleged that the hard drive that came back to the State after it was in the defense's hands, was not the hard drive of Travis Alexander.

Day 11 of Jodi Arias Trial: Jurors sent home until Thursday

The body of the 30-year-old Alexander was found in his Mesa apartment. He had been stabbed, his throat was slit and he had a gunshot wound to his forehead.

Arias, who initially denied she killed Alexander, would eventually admit that she killed him in self-defense, but jurors didn't buy into that claim.
