Look at the BS that Marc McGee wrote on Sandra Webber's blog.  It looks like he's trying to "insinuate" BS .

More of his BS found by other people via internet.  Marc McGee doesn't know for a fact that TA threatened ja's life.  He's going by what ja said.  ja is a known liar!    

JM is the prosecutor in this case.  JM is not threatening the life of ja by prosecuting her and asking the jury to give her the punishment that fits the crime.  It's JM's job!  Marc McGee should be asking "himself" what kind of stupid and dumb he is?  If ja wanted to live, ja should have thought about that before she murdered an innocent man as violently, overkill, that she did do.  It is the opinion of many that ja does indeed deserve the DP.  

There's NO DOUBT about ja's version of events, all of her stories, are straight up LIES.  JM's version of events are based on evidence and facts!

Edie Morse I don't know either. There seems to be a media blackout on this Omnibus Hearing. A FB pal posted that Judge Kreamer vacated the February 6th Oral Argument, and thus, here we sit nearing the end of January 2015, and these dates for the Omnibus Hearing have been posted on Skank's AZ Maricopa County Superior Court Docket:-- 

* 4/24/2015 - 13:30 - Status Conference 
* 5/8/2015 - 13:30 - Oral Argument

Edie Morse The fact that both the Omnibus Hearing was pushed back to April/May & also that JSS announced that court will last longer on Monday is not coincidental, imo-- for both of these announcements were made, taking place later in the day, today-- which tells me that the "SHITE HAS HIT THE FAN" in the AZ Judiciary. 

I think that somebody in power may be figuring that if the public gets hold of this entire mess and connect-the-dots, that they might become upset and start asking the right questions. Don't you think that they all wanted this Omnibus Hearing to "fly beneath the radar"? Of course they did... the media reporters have been as quiet as the tomb. Now, with Skank involved, this "Omnibus Hearing-Gate" will become high-profile, despite the media cover-up... Conscientious citizens want to know why JSS has allowed a convicted murderer, in the middle of a sentencing trial (which should have been finished & done with in 2013; or, in 2014... but not still dragging on) to attend what amounts to a "pre-trial" hearing. None of the other defendants in the pool have even faced trial, as yet. 

JSS has pandered to JA & Co. in a manner unbefitting a competent & ethical judge, and Skank's never-ending coddling by this foolhardy judge, JSS, has resulted in undue deference that no decent judge ever grants to a convicted killer. Why? The public should be demanding that the over 120 sealed documents & the transcripts from the many sealed hearings & the numerous "ex-parte" meetings held between JSS and JA & Co., in violation of the US Constitution, the AZ Victims' Bill fo Rights, and, the AZ Judicial Code of Conduct, all be unsealed & made public immediately!!!

Edie Morse I wish that the public would clamour for the over 120 sealed documents; and the transcripts from the many sealed hearings & myriad "ex-parte" meetings, to all be unsealed & made public, ASAP: because therein lies the answers.

However, I do believe that this "Omnibus Hearing-Gate" may have been the final straw by which the AZ Judiciary told JSS to finish the job. The other defendants in the Omnibus Hearing have not faced their trials, as yet. They are not served well if they are tainted by association with Skank. In fact, Skank would hijack the Omnibus Hearing, and bring in public scrutiny, that the other defendants probably want to avoid. These other defendants want the DP taken "off-the-table"-- and ergo, they want this Omnibus Hearing to be low-profile... but, they are seeing that it won't be left quasi-secret & un-questioned with Skank involved. 

I figure that tactically it might have backfired on JSS and JA & Co. to have made a play for the Omnibus Hearing... and that now, they may be forced to play-out the final penalty re-trial. But, make no mistake about it:-- after Skank throws her temper-tantrums-- she will re-coup and devise another dirty trick-- Jury Tampering, imo

Edie Morse The public needs to start asking tough questions of the AZ Judiciary, the AZ Media, and perhaps even, the AZ Politicos (e.g. Governor & Legislature) too!!! They are trying to push this Omnibus Hearing "under the radar"-- and, the Alexanders have suffered enough- and, Skank has no business, in point of fact, given that she is a convicted murderer, to be granted undue deference to attend this Omnibus Hearing. Her final penalty re-trial was supposed to have begun on July 18th, 2013-- and JSS caved into her demands for delays for over a year-and-seven-months-- and, the penalty phase has begun... Enough is Enough!!! 

Judge Joseph Kreamer has re-scheduled the Omnibus Hearing for the following dates, on Skank's Court Docket:-- 

* 2/6/2015 - 13:30 - Oral Argument (Vacated? To be determined.) 
* 4/24/2015 - 13:30 - Status Conference (Omnibus Hearing) 
* 5/8/2015 - 13:30 - Oral Argument (Omnibus Hearing) 

Why is Skank entitled to join this Omnibus Hearing-- for surely she will be sentenced by late April, early May, for goodness sakes? Why is the AZ Media allowing Skank's Omnibus attendance to "fly under the radar"-- hoping that nobody will notice or say anything? When will the public ask why JSS has allowed JA & Co. to drag this sentencing phase out for so long-- for isn't it in violation of the law to postpone the final penalty re-trial, for the express purpose to engineer events on Skank's behalf to attend this Omnibus Hearing? How long are the Alexanders supposed to be put-off? How long will the jurors hang-on, when they were told that this farcical re-trial would be finished by December 2013 & then into February 2014? Something stinks of corruption!!!

I've stopped asking "why" they write such craziness like some of them do, but my new question is:
