ss refuses everyone, including the Alexanders, that could (not saying that any of the Alexanders would) go on social media and talk about what type of body language ja might use during the interview with Abe.  ss is allowing the Alexanders to "listen" to the interview but not see the reactions of others involved in it.  SHADY!!!  Those of us that have followed this trial have seen the body language aka signs that ja has tried to sneak in there when witnesses have taken the stand.

While the real reason for why former Arias boyfriend Matt McCartney declining to testify on her behalf is due to him avoiding having to speak about the fact that Arias solicited his services to lie on her behalf and tamper with the case, Jodi Arias supporters continue to believe Matt's glowing words of Arias, instead.

Matt McCartney states that drawing attention to himself and his family for the sake of speaking on behalf of Jodi Arias, is not worth it when he says ''I asked Jodi to leave me out of this situation''

However most Arias supporters are unaware that Matt was involved in forging letters on behalf of Arias, and receiving coded messages from prison, by the convicted killer who said ''you fucked up'' when Matt spoke to detectives in 2009.

Shanna Hogan (author of ''Picture Perfect'' - the Jodi Arias story) said this in a phone call to Jane Velez-Mitchell] : Yes. That was one of the most shocking moments in court (the incident of the coded magazines being produced) We've known about this for a while.

She communicated with her ex boyfriend, Matthew McCartney, through jail and he was involved in creating these letters that were later proven to be forgeries. And that was the only substantial evidence that was given to produce her - to back up her statement.

So when he gave his first interview to the attorneys, he gave a very different story. And Jodi needed him back into the jail to talk about her version of events so he could come back and support her claim. So it was basically her soliciting false testimony from behind bars''.

Personal thoughts about this case ending soon!

Thank God!  It looks like this retrial of the sentencing phase will be coming to an end soon.  I was starting to think that it would never come to an end, at least not soon enough.  This case was appearing to look like a soap opera that would tread on and on for years from now.  Personally, I don't like soap operas, especially the ones where the bad guy/gal keep coming back and causing more trouble.  IMO, it was really starting to look like it was turning into one.  

Anyway, someone must've put a torch underneath Judge SS's arse and forced her to move this along, ASAP.  For awhile there all we were hearing about was lame BS about porn; whether or not there was porn found on TA's PC; and whether or not the State, JM, or his witness, Det. Flores, deleted the porn.  The DT made pretty strong allegations against the State, JM, and the State's witness, Det. Flores.  I don't know of anyone-except for some of ja's supporters(idiots), being honest, that feels that "porn" being on TA's PC or not, had anything at all to do with ja murdering TA.  It sounded to me that the DT were really reaching because they don't have any mitigating factors for this case...just like ja initially stated in an earlier statement.  SHE HAS NO MITIGATING FACTORS, because she had never suffered abuse.  She stated that her childhood was normal.  There was no excuse in her background for her having turned on TA and murdered him the way that she did.  Well, unless you include that she was obsessed with TA to the point that if she couldn't have him that no one else could.  ja won't ever admit to cold blooded murder.  ja doesn't admit to anything that places the blame directly on her.  

Hopefully this case will be over with by the end of this week or the beginning of next week and ja will be carted off to prison where she'll spend the rest of her life(DP or LWOP) for having brutally murdered Travis Alexander.  Hopefully, she'll get the DP.  IMO, if it was TA that had done the vicious things that ja did to TA, this case would've been over with by now and TA would be sitting on death row.

Jurors were put through exceptional discomfort in the cold and chilly courtroom, as they listened to an insufferable defense team amble along, with Dr. Richard Geffner in the box.

As the day proceeded at snail-crawl pace due to the defense lawyers being exceptionally slow and boring in their questioning, the mental strain on the Jury was evident, as many began to slump and show signs of strain, concentrating for hours, on such slow preamble.

However the Jurors are not the only ones who have to endure this for days. Spare a thought - for the victim's family.
