Below are JA's comments that she wrote on Travis Alexander's Blog.  As always, the narcissistic person that JA is, rears it's ugly head, and she gets caught in yet another lie that she's told.  Travis Alexander stated "friends" being plural and does not "mention" JA...as she thinks by his saying "fantastic visionary friends" is about her.

This same narcissistic female went back and forth, trying to cause a fight between herself and Travis Alexander, shortly before she went to his home and murdered him because he gave recognition to another female friend of his for helping him on his book and not JA.    Here she gives him propts by claiming that he mentioned her in his blog.  He either mentioned her or he didn't.  JA can't have it both ways.  She is a "textbook" liar.

JA's obsessive behavior is everywhere via internet, when it comes to Travis Alexander.  She left a trail behind on her blog and her Myspace account that shows a woman obsessed with an ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander.

Judge should lift the blackout on Jodi Arias trial

The "secretive" hearings are causing chaos for the media and for the public that has been trying to follow this case.  What is really going on behind "locked" doors that we aren't being told?  JA is being allowed to communicate from jail, via phone and mail, to and from her family and supporters, that are repeating her messages via the internet, but Judge S.S. has locked the doors to the public and to the media from attending hearings.  Why is Judge S.S. allowing JA to do a tell all to her family and supporters, that post what she tells them, but is not allowing the media and public inside of the courtroom to hear both sides of this case?  

The damage is being done, but JA is the cause behind ALL of the damage that has/is being done.  The media has no knowledge of what goes on behind closed doors except for what JA leaks to her family and supporters.

JA requested that her PI be allowed to review the evidence that is contained at the Mesa Police Department.  The original entry stated that Judge S.S. was allowing JA's PI access to Travis Alexander's old home.

The Court has reviewed the For the Record (FTR) recording of the sealed court 

proceeding conducted on August 20, 2014. The minute entry for that date incorrectly stated the 

Court’s order.

IT IS ORDERED amending the Court minute entry dated August 20, 2014, page 3, 

paragraph 4, as follows.

Defendant requests that the State set a date and time certain for her investigator to review 

evidence maintained at the Mesa Police Department. The prosecutor will contact his case 

agent immediately following this hearing to schedule a date and time certain for that 

review to occur. The meeting shall occur on or before August 28.

What is a Narcissistic Sociopath? Defining JA.

A narcissistic sociopath is someone with a combination of narcissistic personality disorder and definitive behavioral signs of sociopathy. People with narcissism are characterized by their excessive and persistent need for others' admiration and positive reinforcement. They generally have grandiose opinions of themselves and believe they are superior to other people. Narcissists are also frequently convinced that they are above the normal responsibilities and obligations of everyday life, so they usually have significant difficulties maintaining employment or relationships as a result. The narcissistic sociopath has this type of personality along with a noticeable lack of regard for the rights of others and a tendency to regularly violate those rights.

One noted difference between a narcissistic sociopath and people with narcissism alone is that the narcissist with the sociopathy reacts strongly and sometimes even violently to negative feedback. True sociopaths generally do not respond to criticism or care what others may think of them. A narcissistic sociopath is unable to tolerate criticism and needs constant praise, as well as deference from other people. Many with this condition present themselves in the best light possible and are able to easily charm others to gain their trust.

A definite characteristic of a narcissistic sociopath is a tendency to view others not as fellow human beings, but rather as tools or means to an end. If certain other people are deemed unable to further the narcissistic sociopath's given agenda, they are normally cast aside. People diagnosed with this type of personality disorder usually do not have boundaries when it comes to manipulating and victimizing others if doing so will lead to their own benefit. This behavior trait can usually make romantic relationships with a narcissistic sociopath particularly destructive emotionally, mentally, and often financially. Many former spouses or partners of these individuals report that recovering from the relationship can take a long time.

Causes of narcissism are commonly attributed to abusive or dysfunctional early years, although some psychologists claim that specific biological differences in brain chemistry may also be partially to blame. Exact causes of sociopathic behavior are similarly subject to debate. When these two personality conditions coexist in the same person, some mental health professionals report that treating narcissism often yields better results than most attempts to treat sociopathy. Others maintain that most narcissistic sociopaths are largely untreatable through any kinds of established therapies, so the most that society can do is establish protective measures against these individuals' destructive behaviors.

A family home disrupted

A year and some months after JA was convicted of brutally murdering her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, JA has been granted permission, by Judge SS, for a PI to have access to Travis's home where JA brutally murdered him six years ago.  The home has been renovated and a family has lived in the home since the home was put on the market a year after Travis Alexander's death.  The family living in the home does NOT want the publicity.  They just want the home they bought and have lived in for approximately five years, to be a home.  They thought that when they purchased the home that all of the evidence taken prior to them buying the home had been settled and that they'd be able to live in the home without future disruptions.  

JA and her attorneys have access to the crime scene photos taken inside of the home and photos of the outside of the home.  Why does JA want "information" of the home that has been renovated since she murdered Travis inside of it?  The upcoming trial is not a retrial to show proof of innocence or guilt.  It is a retrial of the sentencing phase that ended in the jury being deadlocked.  What is JA trying to prove in the sentencing phase of this trial by wanting access to the home?  There are no mitigating factors on the inside/outside of the home that JA can use to get a lessor sentence.  She is NOT legally allowed to try and prove her innocence or guilt during the sentencing phase of a trial.  The retrial of the sentencing phase is supposed to ONLY pertain to "reasons" why JA should get a lessor sentence than LWOP or the DP.  I don't see how her PI being allowed to disrupt the homeowners lives can be used as a mitigating factor.  I can see how the prosecution, Juan Martinez, could use her disrupting yet more lives, to prove the lengths that JA will go to to manipulate the system and torment innocent people.

IMO, Judge S. S. should NOT have allowed such a request.  Judge S. S. is supposed to be the person in charge of these proceedings and not allow neither the prosecution or the defense team to be granted such "ludicrous" requests.  

In the end, everything that JA is doing backfires on her.  I'm sure that this will backfire on her as well.

JA, the media hound, doesn't want the retrial of the sentencing phase covered by the media.

JA is the one that ran to the media after being arrested for Travis Alexander's brutal murder.  She's the one that ran straight to the media right after the jury in the first trial found her guilty of First Degree Murder.  She's the one that sought out the media and the public by using "third parties" to disclose her ramblings, lies, artwork, etc... via Twitter, Facebook, numerous websites, eBay, and numerous news stations.  When her lies and other things she's been disclosing didn't work in her favor, she's now saying that the media hurt her chances of getting a fair trial, and she doesn't want the media covering the re-sentencing phase of her trial.  The cold blooded murderer isn't getting it!  When you put yourself out there in a negative light you have only yourself to blame when you assume that the negativity that you put out there should be viewed in a positive way and get positive results.  JA presented herself as a liar, has shown no remorse, has proven that she will taunt the Alexander Family until she dies, and keeps adding insult to injury with what she is doing.  

I don't believe that the media played any part of JA being found guilty of First Degree Murder.  It was JA that sought the media, eBay, Facebook, Twitter, etc...out and is still doing so.  It's not their faults that she has shown her true EVIL colors from the beginning and is continuing to do so.  

Like it or not, she did this to herself, and like anyone else found guilty of First Degree Murder, she will be going to prison.  Hopefully when this trial is over, she'll be sitting on Death Row.
